Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Robert Indiana, Robert Rauschenberg in the Art-Bank!

Having flashed in Europe in the 50th, the pop-art has quickly flown across the ocean and became a star of New York parties where the music of the Beatles, The Rolling Stones, the Doors and David Bowie have found the house. The pop-art addressed images of people life in the middle of the XX century: to comics, hamburgers, celebrities, refrigerators, Coca-Cola, cars … – “generally, to all those modern things which abstract art didn’t want to notice” (Andy Warhol).

Pop artists have divided an art scene among themselves, having been fond of new forms, plots and technics. All their works can be available to everyone, have mass character as can of soup or a Coca-Cola bottle. Works in Art-Bank are presented in various technics: here both graphics posters and objects from private collectors and galleries. About 80 masterpieces will be presented to public attention: from the most popular Marilyn series and cans of Campbell soup of Andy Warhol to such brilliant, but controversial modern successors of pop-art as Richard Ryan and Banky, an icon of street art.
